Your pet’s story is private by default — visible only to you until you explicitly invite others into your pet’s Circle of Love. You decide who belongs in your pet’s Circle of Love and can add to or change it at any time. There are no public feeds, no algorithmic reach, and no social noise. Everything shared on myFurever stays within the circle you choose.

Furever Reflections provides guided journaling prompts drawn from expressive writing research, designed to help you slow down and notice what's actually happening in your relationship with your pet. Each reflection becomes part of your pet’s evolving story and feeds into your journal. Prompts are gentle and optional — designed to invite, not pressure. Over time they help turn everyday moments into something you can return to and build on. The Circle of Love is your pet's private space for the people who matter most — family, friends, neighbors, pet sitters, and anyone else who genuinely loves them. You decide who's in it, and you can add or change members whenever you like. Those you invite can add photos, comment on moments, and share in the bond. And when something new is added to the story, Circle of Love members receive a PetGram — a gentle notification that keeps everyone close to the moments that matter, without social media noise or the pressure to perform for an audience.
Legacy Gifting is an annual myFurever subscription given to someone who has lost a pet — a gift that offers them a private space to gather memories, write tributes, and build toward a Rainbow Bridge Tribute on their own terms and timeline. The gift is the platform. What the recipient creates inside it is entirely their own. Some people begin uploading photos the same week. Others come back to it months later, when they're ready. A Legacy Gift doesn't rush that process — it simply makes sure the space is there when they need it. It's a more lasting alternative to flowers or a card: something they can return to, add to, and find comfort in long after the loss.
The Rainbow Bridge Tribute is a personalized virtual memorial generated from the memories, photos, reflections, and tributes you've stored in myFurever — a lasting record of your pet's life and the bond you shared. It can emerge two ways. If you've been building your pet's story in myFurever all along, the tribute draws from everything you've already captured. If you come to myFurever after losing a pet, you can build the archive deliberately — uploading photos, writing reflections, adding tributes — and generate the tribute when you're ready. There's no timeline. You go at your own pace, and the tribute is there when you are.
Furever Free lets you start your pet's story at no cost. It includes one pet profile and Circle of Love sharing — so that two others who love your pet can follow along from day one. Furever Premium unlocks the full myFurever experience: unlimited Circle of Love members, Furever Creations (such as FureverTales and your Annual Keepsake), Furever Reflections, and everything else the platform has to offer. You own your content — always. If you cancel your account, you have 30 days to request a content export by contacting customer support — after which content may be permanently deleted from active systems. Cancelling your subscription and deleting your account are separate actions: cancelling a subscription ends billing at the close of the current period but keeps your account active; deleting your account is done separately through the app or by contacting us through email. Subscriptions renew automatically — manage or cancel anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

No. myFurever does not sell user data, display ads, or — unless explicitly stated otherwise in the future — use your content to train external AI models. Your photos, reflections, and memories are used only to personalize your experience inside the app. myFurever is ad-free by design. Your relationship with your pet is never monetized through advertising or data resale — that's a foundational commitment, not a feature.
myFurever uses reasonable and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data — including encrypted data transmission, secure storage, and access controls — and your content is private by default. It is shared only with the people you explicitly invite into your pet’s Circle of Love. You control who sees and contributes to your pet’s story at all times. All AI features are fully optional and user-controlled.
You do — always. Your pet’s story belongs to you. By uploading content, you grant myFurever a limited license to store, host, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service — this does not transfer ownership to myFurever in any way.
